Whilst we want you to be happy with the products you have received from us, we understand that sometimes items aren’t quite right for you, whatever the reason.

2021 CHRISTMAS GIFTING PERIOD

 
We offer an extended returns service for Christmas gifting. All orders placed after 1st November can be returned up to and including 14th January 2022, following the same conditions as below.
 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MAINLAND UK

1. Fill out the returns form included in your order, or click here for a new one.
2. Add your contact details to the top of the returns form.
3. Attach the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked label included in your order or visit the Royal Mail website here for a new one.
4. Take your order to any Post Office, keeping hold of proof of purchase and tracking details.
5. You will receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 to15 days from the day you return your item.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

  • Returns from The Channel Islands are at your own cost.  Please follow steps 1 and 2 above, and then return using the postal option of your choice. We strongly recommend that you use a service that provides a certificate of return and a tracking number.
  • Please note that returns to the Channel Islands are at your own cost.
 
 

RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order.
  • You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 28-day policy. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items bought from one of our stockists. You must return the item for a refund or exchange via the store it was purchased from.
  • We cannot accept worn or soiled items. The item must be ‘as sold’ In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will return it to you.
  • Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
  • The responsibility and liability of the goods remain with you until our warehouse is in receipt of the goods.
  • Returned parcels must weigh no more than 20KG.
  • Please do not affix the Royal Mail returns label to the product packaging.
  • Returned parcels must have dimensions no larger than L61 cm x W 46cm x  D46cm.
 
 

DOG BEDS AND PERSONALISED ITEMS

  • Personalised or embossed products cannot be returned or exchanged, please see our Terms and Conditions.
  • Due to the oversized nature of our Dog Beds & Cushion Dog Bed, our Royal Mail Free Tracked Returns Label will not cover the return postage fee. If you wish to create a return for this item, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will advise you on how to do this.

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

  • There is no delivery charge on standard exchanges.
  • We are currently only able to exchange products for a different size or colour in the same style. If you would like a different style, please return your item for a full refund and place a new order.
  • If your requested exchange is not in stock, we will process a refund for your item(s) as per our standard returns policy.
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If you would prefer a quick exchange, and you see that your requested item(s) is/are in stock on our website, please place a new order for the item(s). This will guarantee that you receive the size or style you require. Then please return your original item(s) free of charge for a full refund.
  • Gift Exchanges - If you are returning a gift that you have received and would like to exchange it, we can only exchange for the same item in a different size/colour, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund for your item(s) as per our standard returns policy to the original buyer.

  • How long do I have to return my item for a refund or exchange?
  • You have 28 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. Please note items purchased from lechameau.com must remain unworn with their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • If you have lost your original returns form you can download a new one here.
  • Can I return an item for a refund or exchange purchased from one of your stockists?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items bought from one of our stockists. You must return the item for a refund or exchange via the store it was purchased from.
 

 


My item is faulty, what do I do?

Here at Le Chameau, we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and endeavour to quality control our items at every stage but sometimes even our eagle eyes may miss something. If you feel that your Le Chameau item is not to the standard you expect from us, please get in touch with our customer service team. If your item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace your item.
