Your order will be available for collection within 2-3 working days following your purchase. We will notify you via email and SMS once it is ready for collection.

To collect your order, you will need:

• DPD pick-up pass, containing the pick-up code, sent via email or SMS when your order is ready. It will indicate if photo ID (passport or driving license) is required.

• Without the pick-up pass, present a photo ID and an additional form of ID (utility bill or bank card) to collect your parcel.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need:

• An official photo ID (passport or driving license) of both the purchaser and the person collecting.

We offer Channel Island Standard Delivery (3- 5 working days): £6.95.
