Le Chameau Women's Leather Boots

Within our ladies leather boots, we use two different types of leather: nubuck and Terracare®.

Nubuck is a leather that can be sanded on the exterior to create a velvet-like quality, while still maintaining the high-quality characteristics of top-grain cattle leather. The nubuck we use is waterproofed during the tanning process, another benefit to this resilient and hard-wearing material.

Terracare® leather is produced according to stringent environmental and social standards, using low polluting, non-critical substances. Both leathers we use are made from high quality European hides, tanned to be durable, ﬂexible and water-resistant.

What are the benefits of women's leather boots?

Our nubuck leather, as seen in our Jameson range, is a leather that has been sanded on the outside to produce a velvet-like surface, while still maintaining the characteristics of the top-grain cattle leather. The nubuck we use is waterproofed in the tanning process and Nubuck as a material, is naturally resilient and extremely hard-wearing.

The Terracare® leather we use within our Chameau-Lite boots is produced according to stringent environmental and social standards, using low polluting, non-critical substances. Our leather is easy to clean and has been designed to age nicely after use, making each boot unique to its wearer.

Waterpoof leather boots for women

The leather we use within our women’s leather boots has been waterproofed during the tanning process, making these boots ideal for terrain that might get a bit messy! Our tall Jameson boots and the entire Chameau-Lite range feature our unique LCX® lining. This breathable and waterproof material is made up of a complex 5-layer technology construction that prevents water permeating the boot whilst simultaneously allowing vapour to escape easily. Your feet will stay dry and comfortable whatever the weather.

Women’s High Leather Boots

The Le Chameau Jameson quilted boot for women is made from premium nubuck leather. Featuring Michelin soles and exclusive technology, the Jameson boot is waterproof, resistant and comfortable for all day wear, all year round. Women’s Low Leather Boots

The Jameson Chelsea boot has been designed to naturally age so they continue to look better over time as they begin to patinate and develop elegant folds as they live. Marks and scratches are a characteristic of these premium leathers. Featuring a removeable quick-drying and padded insole for extra comfort and support, the Jameson Chelsea boot can be worn and enjoyed all day long.
