These boots replaced the same ones I have for 10 years...which I almost slept in!!... However I find them not the same quality, and although they appear the same, they are thinner...I do not love them sadly.

Sent back immediately, not sure if I’ll buy them again even as the quality want as I remember my last pair

The customer service I recieved from Le Chameau was outstanding when I ordered the wrong size boot I sent them back on the Tuesday via their free service and I had my new boots by the Friday, they have been lovely and warm and comfortable Highly recommend the service
