Men's Vierzonord XL Neoprene Lined Boot

Great boots and outstanding customer service.

These boots lasted me "11 months" however they honestly lasted 8 months because I didn't wear them through the summer. They split across both soles and leaked water. I reported this to customer services who claimed they had never seen this fault before however social media reviews say otherwise. Customer services were the most difficult I have ever had to deal with from a company. Eventually after a huge battle with the company of me asking for a refund within my 2 year warranty, I received an email for an order of them sending me new boots. I have very little faith this pair will last. Don't bother spending your money with this company, I wanted a REFUND to get AIGLE instead after lots of friends and social media reccomendations for AIGLE boots.

Unfortunately very disappointed and have had to return them as the heel cup on right hand boot has peeled back after wearing them once - so unable to wear them again. Also whole boot feels very different from the Le Chemeau Vierzonord boots I was replacing which were approx 6 years old and have been brilliant. The new ones feel thin and inferior in quality, like putting a wet suit on, very bendy and weirdly sticky! So disappointed.
