Returns & Exchanges

At Le Chameau, our refined boots and accessories have been crafted to the exacting standards of our founder since 1927. Should a purchase not meet your expectations however, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

To ensure your return is accepted we kindly request that:

  • Items are returned as received in pristine, unworn condition. For our interpretation of ‘unworn’, please see below.
  • All packaging and labels are included and intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please complete the returns section shown on your original delivery note and include it with your return parcel. If you need a new returns form, please click here to download a new form.

Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Please start your return here. This will take you to our returns portal partner Swap Returns. Follow the on screen instructions to get your returns label. Please ensure to add your order number (Begins with LCH) to ensure we can quickly process your return.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. 
  • If your item is faulty or return falls outside the 30-day window, please contact our Client Services team prior to sending. Unexpected returns may be returned to your default address. You may be asked to cover the cost of such deliveries. 
  • Parcels must be carefully packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit. 
  • Please do not affix return labels directly to product packaging. 
  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our warehouse. Please retain your proof of postage. 
  • We cannot process returns for items purchased through our stockists. 
  • Parcels must not exceed 20KG. 

You may try on your items in the comfort of your home. However, once worn outside, boots are considered used and non-returnable. 

Returned items must be free from marks, mud, pet hair, debris and damage. We thank you for honouring the care with which each of our products is crafted.

Complimentary returns are not currently available from the Channel Islands. You may still however return items at your expense using a tracked and insured postal service. Kindly include a completed returns form with your parcel. Download a new form here if required.
