You & Le Chameau

Warranty Claims 

The Le Chameau warranty applies to boot products less than two years old from the original date of purchase. The two-year warranty covers the product specifically for manufacturing or material defects, and does not cover general wear-and-tear or misuse of the product, which includes, deterioration of colour through UV exposure, heat, chemicals and general waste.

We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Le Chameau boots from www.lechameau.com/us/ or the Le Chameau call centre. If you made your purchase at an official Le Chameau pop-up, trade or event show stand please contact Customer Services for advice.

Our warranty only covers items purchased from our website and authorised retailers. Items purchased from third party non-authorised Le Chameau retailers are not valid for our two year warranty.

If you purchased the product from an authorised Le Chameau retailer, you need to return to the store where the purchase was originally made, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for products not purchased directly from us.

Please note that we can only offer an exchange or a refund; we do not perform repairs. You must enclose a completed Returns Form in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To begin your claim process, please contact our customer care team on freephone 1-866-403-3015 to request a warranty claims form and a UPS authorisation returns code. To arrange a collection of your package, please visit the UPS website and enter your authorisation code into the collection portal to arrange the item to be returned to our warehouse for inspection. Please ensure that you correctly fill in the form with the required information as incorrectly completed forms may result in a delay in processing your claim.

Please return goods in the original packaging if possible; if you no longer have this please use a sturdy alternative, ensuring the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Note: In accordance with our Health & Safety Policies, we will only inspect damaged footwear items if they have been unworn or cleaned before being sent back to us. If there is any surface mud or dirt on the item, please use water and a brush to remove and allow the boots to dry before returning them to us.  Any items received that have not been cleaned may be returned to you.  Refer to our Care Guide for details on how to take care of your boots.

Once we have received your item will be inspected by our Quality Control team.  If the product you have returned is found to be covered by this warranty, we will provide you with a new replacement. If the item has been discontinued or is not in stock, we may offer a substitute item of comparable value.  In certain circumstances we may offer a credit to the value of the original goods if we are unable to replace or substitute the item.  Please note we only offer exchange or credit, we do not provide repairs for any Le Chameau product. Note: Your warranty remains valid from the original date of purchase and not the date of the replacement item.

Please allow up to 28 working days from the date we receive your goods for your replacement item to be sent in exchange.  Le Chameau will cover the delivery costs of sending items to you.
