The credit or debit card details you supply will be stored by the external payment provider Adyen and your card issuer for payment processing reasons. Le Chameau will not store any card payment data. Adyen is fully PCI DSS 3.1 compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, which is the key security standard within the payments industry. Adyen is fully supervised by the Dutch central bank as a payment institution and complies with all the requirements of the European Commission’s Payment Service Directive (PSD, 2007/64/EC). Adyen is compliant with ISAE3402/SOC 1 (Service Organisational Control 1), which evaluates and tests the internal controls around financial reporting of a service organisation. It reflects the compliance with policies and procedures of the service organisation through monitoring, training and checks on policies and procedures.
From time to time we may work with external partners to undertake marketing activities. In these instances we will only share your information with these partners where at the time of data capture you have given us permission to share your information with them.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
