Water Resistant & Breathable Le Chameau LCX® Technology
Condor boots have been crafted with specialist water repellent leather and a barrier membrane to be water resistant. This should protect against rain, and heavy splashing however, you may experience slight water ingress with sustained wet conditions. The leathers we use are made from high quality European hides, tanned to be durable, flexible and water-resistant. In use, they will naturally age to make them look even better over time. The leathers will patinate, soften and develop elegant folds as they live.
Marks and scratches are a characteristic of these premium leathers. Use an appropriate product to clean and nourish leathers.
Boots should be dried naturally between use, and surfaces cleaned in order to prolong the lifespan of the product. Any grit or dirt caught in the zip mechanism should be cleaned out to maintain a smooth action.
Small stones caught in the sole cleats should be removed to improve sole performance.Using a complex 5-layer technical construction our LCX® lining prevents water permeating the boot whilst simultaneously allowing sweat vapour to escape easily. Your feet will stay dry and comfortable whatever the weather.
Centred around innovation and performance, the Condor LCX® range is suitable for both shooting and trekking alike. To create the concept our design team worked with Michelin® scientists to study the affect of demanding terrain on foot biomechanics. This data has been used to perfect the innovative Deep Forest OC® sole, engineered to eradicate unnecessary weight without any performance compromise.
The Condor Zip LCX® has been developed to be the lightest and most comfortable stalking and hunting boot on the market. Designed in partnership with tyre experts Michelin®, the 'Deep Forest' sole is based on motocross tyre technology resulting in an exceptionally light, hardwearing and comfortable outsole that offers flexibility and grip in the most demanding terrain.
With its 'Deep Forest' sole with Michelin® OC compound, its shinguard, the toe and heel microfiber stone guard and heavy duty waterproofed nubuck Leather Condor Zip LCX is ultra -resistant.
